This list of grievances, unlike those addressed to George III in 1776. is directed to no individual. Our enemy is the neo aristocracy. We must not fix the blame on a straw man. It is the institution of corporatism, acting on behalf of the parasitic investors, which is the threat to our livelihoods and our lives.
-- except to invest it in consumer financing, like credit cards, charge accounts and other consumer lending. They can’t see the dissipative cumulative effect that their profit has on our economy or the acceleration of our decline caused by reinvestment in the credit they extend to US. We must be free and independent of them to preserve our livelihoods and lives. A preemptive act of self defense, through confiscatory progressive taxation, is that which is required to assure our survival.
This dissipative economic practice of increasing profit by lowering the cost of labor is unsustainable in part because it upsets the trade balance, which is a substantial part of the overall economic equilibrium that must be maintained in order to have a sustainable economy.
They will not invest in America from their profits, except to attempt to control the renewable energy future. They want to assure future profit. They will keep the American people dependent on them instead of promoting decentralized independent energy sources to serve the community. They will, like the rest of the global corporate empire, loan US back the profits and so increase the damage they do to our economy. Energy is a common need of the people. We must independently administer the resources these especially heinous parasites have monopolized, so that we may provide for ourselves.
As any industry concentrates money by the pyramid economic system that serves the few at the expense of the many, the excess profit is invested in finance. Our economy is today 80% service and 20% financial service. That which represents the greatest burden on our production and takes the greatest profits, contributes the least, because it produces no real goods. To see that finance is purely parasitic and a burden on our survival system, imagine a world in which everyone is a rich investor and no one works. Like any service, if we need it in common we must be free to do it in common on a non profit basis. The only way to minimize the damage such overhead costs US, is to be independent of the parasitic burden of finance. We must stand up and demand that our institutions work for US, instead of the other way around.
Agribusiness threatens to make US dependent on inbred lines of the foods we eat. If a single, non naturally reproducible variety of corn, for instance, succumbs to some blight or plant disease that arises to challenge the man made life form, we may lose the staple altogether. We may lose our ability to produce food and risk Worldwide famine tomorrow so the stockholders can thrive today. This is an insidious danger and usurpation of natural freedom and rights of the living presented for a few investors who own the global corporate empire. We must act to make ourselves independent of the those who will risk Human extinction for personal profit.

"Neo Declaration of Independence"

      December 21, 2006 is two hundred and thirty years, five months and seventeen days, since the American Colonies declared independence from England.

On July 4th, 1776 the thirteen American Colonies of England declared:

      “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
      “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. . . . But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. . . .””
The Declaration of Indepencence

      In 1776 we rebelled against the king and peers, for, among other reasons, economic oppression, including abusive trade and taxation policies that were of great benefit to the aristocrats, while doing great harm to the American people. The old economic order was overthrown. Today a neo-aristocracy has arisen to tyrannize US with economic oppression, debt slavery and “a long train of abuses” of our freedom, dignity and common well being, in the advancement of the profit of a small number of elite investors. The government and constitution of the United States of America have endured over two centuries. No significant change is needed to the form of our government. It is the control of our establishment that must be wrested from misrule by tyrannical corporate interests, who pay too little taxes and misplace that burden on the middle class. Our community is beset by a treacherous few neo aristocrats, who own our representatives and almost all property by either title or as security for debt.
      America, like any economic unit, is established for our common security and the defense of our livelihoods and lives. We are a de facto commonwealth, as are all nations. Our social instinct compels a survival paradigm of cooperative community. We’re born with the need for society. Family, clan, tribe, city or nation -- we are joined at birth and so we realize our community. Every significant thing we do, WE DO! Nothing great enough to be noticed can be done without the interaction of others. An individual can initiate a thought or action. Without the cooperation of a group, a great idea will never be known, much less carried forward by the work of the people. The community is that which “Nature and Nature’s God” have built into our psyches.
      We have come to a time when the economic institutions that we’ve founded as a people for our common welfare, fail to serve the majority of US. Our creation of common livelihood, our economy, is abused and misused to the service of an elite few, who grow parasitically rich by the labor of many. We’d arrived at this entryway to a cul-de-sac of history in the USA, and for most of the peoples of the Earth, long before the year 2000. The institution we’d contrived for our common well being -- our community -- has been corrupted to the enrichment of a small percentage of the population. Their greed will destroy all of US in its shortsighted and selfish rapacity of the economic facilities of our survival.
      The things we need in order to survive, unless we make them ourselves and grow our own food, must be provided by the marketplace. If profit motive based free market capitalism can only adequately provide for the needs of 10% of the population, then it is a failed economic theory that must be extirpated from our community's system of commerce. When we're told that neither government nor industries can afford health care, pensions or to pay living wages, if they're to make a profit and/or remain solvent, we hear their confession of failure. Meanwhile the investors and CEOs, who manufacture such propaganda lies in support of their pecuniary concern for their individual enrichment at the expense of the community, are wealthier than ever before.
      The investor usurpers offer no solutions to growing poverty in the general population. They indicate that we must forebear. We must sacrifice our livelihoods, economic security and the goods and services that we need to live, in order to support the fat profits of neo aristocratic parasites. They say the system can't work, if it sustains the cost of our decent living. If the owners can't be competitive and provide for the needs and wants of 90% of the population, then the rich investors have failed. Their capital property, the source of their incomes at our expense, must be forfeit. The people, who have been robbed of our livelihoods for the well being of the investors, who own the global corporate empire, must be free of dependence on the failed economic leaders. We must break our traditional bonds and fend for ourselves. We must rise up and demand what we need to live from the economic tyrants who are threatening our survival with their greed.
      The rich must not be endured, while so many suffer want. They must not be allowed to prevail any longer over the common good of the people. Investor parasites are a threat to our continuance. They weaken our species. It’s inevitable that their pilfering and hoarding of that which we need to live will visit unnecessary pain and suffering upon those who must be deprived of needed goods, so that a few may have the luxury of excess. Like any vermin that we fail to eliminate from our living constructs, the rich parasites of our economy will bring about unnecessary disease and death in the general population, if we tolerate them.

      An industry that doesn’t work for all of US has failed to serve community interests. It's guilty of the crime of parasitism of America. It's capital property and profits are forfeit. That which is needed by the employees and which the owners can’t provide, while remaining profitable, we must acquire for ourselves on a non-profit basis. Common sense dictates that we must commandeer the property and resources necessary to sustain our lives. “. . . certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life . . .”
      The most unnecessary part of the cost of any product is the profit of investors. The principal owners of America are among the 2% who have greater than $200k annual income. Perhaps another 8%, who minister to the economic elites, share in the profits with incomes greater than average and less than $200k. The zero sum conditions, which rule any economic game, determine that the rest of US must have less than average incomes. Any solution to the profitability and competitiveness problem that requires such conditions for the great majority of Americans is intolerable. Incomes, salaries, health care and pensions of We the People are inadequate and unacceptable. Free market capitalism has not performed the primary purpose of any economy, which is to provide for the sustenance and survival of the community. It has failed or is failing for ninety percent of US.
      Many foreign manufacturers have lower costs partially because their nations health care plans subsidize employee compensation. Our employers can’t afford health care and pensions and still be profitable. But neither will they increase wages, stop outsourcing jobs, pay taxes or cut profits to allow for our needs. We must demand what we need to live. We must accept no excuse from our parasitic employers.
      The greatest part of the health care dollar is the profit of investors in pharmaceuticals, insurance, technology, and corporate medical providers. The greatest objection to national or employer provided health care in America is the cost. Their profit is the most superfluous cost. We must tax them until we can afford a national health care system or until the rich investors are as poor as the rest of US.
      The clothing and household goods, which we purchase from retailers who trade in Asian goods, take our consumer dollar but the traders refuse to employ US to make the products or to pay the employees, who handle the outsourced goods, a living wage. All that they do is designed to increase profits at our expense. As with most American industries, they don’t return money to US so the circle may continue. one
      The former high tech manufacturers are now traders in Asian goods. They sell their products and make their profits here but the American consumers who buy from them can derive little income from the industry. two
      The Giga Energy Industry not only loots our economy with excessive profits but lobbies for and gets tax payer subsidies and royalty free access to the American People’s oil. three
      The entire financial industry of banking, insurance and investment, which includes the FED, The World Bank and IMF, support the global corporate empire’s hegemony over the entire Earth. four
      The usurpation of the independence of Americans and peoples around the world by Agribusiness is an intolerable affront to Human Freedom and Dignity. The proprietary hybridization of seed stocks and genetic engineering of food and other crops create an abominable dependency and endanger natural species. five
      Fascist corporatism has advanced and democracy receded in America since before the Grant Administration. Every conservative administration, especially since WWII, has advanced corporate interests ahead of the well being of the community and the people, while eroding the Bill of Rights at every opportunity.
      The use of overseas prisons to avoid due process and perpetrate illegal tortures is a recent treachery and threat to the freedom of America that cannot be overlooked by an indolent population if we hope to retain our liberty.
      The effective repression of free speech by the concentration of mass media in the hands of a few corporations who hire or retain only those journalists who write what’s wanted is a stealth assault on liberty that is as onerous as any dictator or tyrant has ever launched in secret.

      Rationalizations for individual profit at the expense of the community are not to be tolerated. The economy is the commonwealth of the people of America. We cannot in good conscience put the profit of principle investors, a new aristocracy, before the needs of the general population of our nation. An owner who cannot operate a business and adequately compensate its employees, including living wages, health care and pension, has not lived up to the responsibility of ownership and doesn’t deserve the privilege of owning that which we’re dependent on for life. Additionally, the purchase of our politicians by corporate interests is a direct assault on freedom We are mandated by the defense of our lives and liberty to amend the economic order that we may survive. The new aristocratic owners cannot make the economy work for all of US. We must seize the opportunity to commandeer the property and resources they monopolize, so that we may strive together for our common survival.

      Respect for the dignity of Human Beings demands freedom from debt bondage and independence from parasitic control by those who usurp leadership of the nation for individual profit. Our community must function for the well being of the people who form it and work to sustain it.

      In the Light of these Truths, We the People of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America declare the tyrannical economic rule of, by and for the Hegemonic Global Corporate Empire shall no longer be endured. We further declare that the Common Well Being of the American People requires that the burden of profit which threatens our livelihoods and the chains of debt bondage forged by Neo Aristocratic Investors be eliminated from our community. As free and independent people We have full power to dissolve debt and to create an Independent Economy that contributes positively to Our Common Well Being and Survival.

Sign the three and mail one to your representative and two to your Senators in Washington, DC. You might send one to the president but if it’s still Bush there’s little chance he’ll recognize any reality, especially if it means that he and the peers will have to cut their share of the economic booty or even pay taxes for that matter.
